Click the Windows "Start" menu and click "Outlook Express" to launch the email application.

Click the "Create Mail" button on the top to start a new outgoing email. Type your recipient's email address and include the subject.

Type your message and click the "Attach" button on top to launch the "Insert Attachment" dialog box. Outlook Express enables you to send files of all types to your recipient.

Select the MP3 audio file you want to send from the folder that you have it in on your computer and click "Attach" to add it to your outgoing mail.

Keep the MP3 file you are sending under 10MB. Send one MP3 audio file at a time if you plan on sending a number of files.
