Navigate to the picture file you want to send over your BlackBerry phone.

Press the "Menu" key on your BlackBerry phone to open the side menu. Choose the appropriate option out of the three listed in the pop up side menu: "Send as Email," "Send as MMS," "Send to Messenger Contact."

Choose the contact you want to receive the picture file on the next screen. Press "Send" to complete the process.
