How to Find the Maximum Amount of RAM a Laptop Can Have
When you buy a laptop, the specifications will likely list how much memory is installed and how much is available. Memory is also known as RAM, or random access memory and is measured in bytes. If you need to upgrade the RAM on your laptop to ensure faster processing, you could probably go back and look at the specifications of your laptop. That will tell you how much memory you are able to put on the computer. If you are using Windows, there is also a quick way to look at your system information and determine the maximum amount of RAM your laptop can have.
