Note that two forwards are situated flanking the key, each in a low post area.
Step2
Set the center in the pivot area.
Step3
Bring the ball downcourt using the two guards.
Step4
Pass to the center when she's near.
Step5
Crisscross the guards behind the center.
Step6
Pass the ball from the center to either guard.
Step7
Move both forwards into the key.
Step8
Use one forward to screen for the other.
Step9
Send the ball-handling guard to the hoop, while the second drops back.
Tips & Warnings
If the guard is stymied in the key, pass off to the freed forward or back to the second guard.

This technique is called "off your head."
First, do a cross. When the man defending you is close, dribble the ball low and quick. While your defender is looking at the ball, you can softly (without hurting him) bounce the ball off of his forehead.
