How to Raise the Value of a Mobile Home
Many of the same factors that affect the value of a regular site-built home also affect the value of a mobile home. Happily, there are countless ways to raise the value of your home, whether it is a site-built home or a mobile home. Repaint the walls.

Replace the carpeting, tile or other flooring.

Repair any cracks, leaks or broken appliances.

Install additional appliances, such as a microwave, dishwasher or refrigerator, if the home is not already equipped with these.

Replace the countertops. Consider replacing them with an expensive stone such as granite.
