How to Make a Pepperoni Pizza Sub
If you are tired of spending time and money at submarine sandwich shops, try fixing a pepperoni pizza sub at home. Things You'll Need
- 6-inch submarine bun
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 6 large pepperonis
- 1/2 cup of lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp. of vinegar
- Microwave or toaster oven
- Knife

Cut the sub bun in half, and spread the pepperonis across the bread. Add the marinara sauce to the pepperonis.

Sprinkle the cheeses on top of the sauce, and place the sub onto the serving plate, leaving the bun separated.

Place the sub in the microwave for about one minute or in the toaster oven for about five minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Spread the lettuce on top of the melted cheese, and add a dash of salt and pepper and the vinegar onto the sub. Cut the sub in half and serve.

You may substitute the cheeses to fit your taste. Add other vegetables, such as bell peppers, olives, and banana peppers to your sub if you like.
