Windows Picture Viewer is a software hidden in Windows Vista's Photo Gallery program. The program can edit, re-size and delete photos you have saved in your pictures folder. Picture Viewer can also open multiple windows for the user working on various projects at the same time as well. It takes just a few steps.
Things You'll Need
- Computer running Windows Vista
- Windows Picture Viewer
- Windows Photo Gallery
Go to your “Photos” options and click open the folder. View the various thumbnails in your photo album.
Double-click the picture you want to open first. The photo will appear as a Windows Photo Gallery window.
Click the “Open” option on the tool bar. Press the “Picture Viewer” among the options and the viewer window will open. The window will feature a classic Windows view with “File,” “Edit,” Image” and “Help” options.
Return to your “Photos” folder and select a new picture. Open in Gallery mode and then select the “Picture Viewer” option. Repeat and open as many photos as you desire. Multiple windows have now been opened.
