Whether you are planning a cleaning routine for your office, home or anywhere else, a schedule is key to making things work. You can create your own schedules at home rather than paying someone to devise one for you. You can create schedules for either a group of people doing multiple tasks or a schedule labeled only for multiple tasks. All you need to do to get started is learn how to create a cleaning schedule yourself.
Things You'll Need
Draw a graph with a ruler and pen on a sheet of paper to chart your cleaning chores. Draw one column that will represent the time or date that a chore is to be completed. Also draw separate columns for each chore.
Create rows for dates or times for chore completion. Create as many as you need to document all of the dates or times you need. For example, a very detailed schedule may go by the half hour. In this case, make a row for each half-hour mark of time (9 am, 9:30 am, 10 am, 10:30 am and so on).
Write the names of each cleaning chore or task above the columns. Label all of the columns after column 1 only, because the first column is for the times or dates.
Write the times or dates into the first column. Place one time or date in each row, all in consecutive order.
Use the blank squares in the center to mark off chores that have been done, specify who is to do them and add details as to how the chore is to be completed.

- Make copies of your cleaning schedule so that you can use one for each day, week, month or whatever length of time the schedule is developed for.
