The best option is a combination of unscented dryer sheets and hanging your clothes to dry.

Instructions

1. Purchase unscented fabric softener dryer sheets. Natural, unscented dryer sheets are odorless and contain none of the chemicals that cause dryer sheet smell.

2. Clean your dryer's lint trap completely. You can run it under water if shaking the trap does not get rid of all the lint. Return the trap when you are finished; however, make sure it is completely dry.

3. Dry your freshly-laundered clothes with your unscented dryer sheets.

4. Hang your dry clothes on an outside drying line to remove all odors from your garments. Make sure it is not going to rain or be extremely windy while your clothes are hanging.

5. Check your clothes for any odors. If a smell persists, allow your clothes to dry outside on your line for an extended period of time.
