Tanning beds are a fantastic way to utilize the best of what the sun has to offer, but in the privacy of your own home. All tanning beds come equipped with a timer. After years of use, the timer will eventually burn out and need to be replaced. Each tanning bed model requires a specific timer. Replacing the timer should take approximately 25 to 45 minutes depending on your skill level.

Locate the timing unit on your tanning bed and remove it from the tanning bed using a screwdriver.
