How to Add a Second Guitar to Co-Op Band in Guitar Hero 3

"Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock" is the first game in the series to be developed by Neversoft. It was released in 2007. This installment of the series introduces a Co-Op Career mode where two players are a member of the band working through a set list. A second guitar must be connected to the console in order to play this mode. The second guitar is used to play the rhythm guitar or bass parts of songs, while the first guitar plays the lead. The score, rock meter, and note streaks are combined for both players in this mode.
