How to Change My MySpace ID

There are two types of MySpace IDs. One is referred to as a "friend ID," or your URL. Your friend ID (URL) cannot be changed. The only way to get a new one is to create a new profile with a new email address. The other ID is your MySpace display ID. This is the ID that people see next to your photo when you post a comment on someone's wall or email messages through MySpace. The MySpace display ID is easy to change and can be done in a few simple steps.

    • 1

Log in to MySpace with your email address and password.
