Although iTunes has flawless compatibility with the iPhone, it can also be used to transfer your music and photos to a Blackberry. Blackberry Media Sync is a program for both Windows and Macs that allows you to sync your iTunes library to your Blackberry, and can be downloaded at the official Blackberry website. In order to use the program, your computer must have iTunes 7.7.1 or later, as well as Windows XP SP 2 or later if using a PC.

Open your Internet browser. Go to Blackberry.com and click the “Software” tab at the top of the window.
Click “Blackberry Media Sync” on the left side of the browser window, and click “Download for PC” or “Download for Mac,” depending on your operating system.
Click “Yes” or “No” to choose to receive occasional emails from Blackberry, and click the “Download” button.
Double-click the program in your downloads folder to run the installation. Click “Continue” and “Agree” to agree to the license agreement. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the software.
Restart your computer, and connect your Blackberry to your computer.
Run the Blackberry Desktop Manager application. For PCs, click “Start,” “All Programs,” “Blackberry” and “Blackberry Media Sync.” For Macs, click “Go” at the top of your screen and click “Applications” from the drop-down menu. Double-click “Blackberry Desktop Manager.”
Click “Options” in the Blackberry Media Sync window, and check the box next to the playlists you wish to add to your device. Alternatively, check the box next to “Add random music to free space.”
Click the “Sync” button, and click “OK.” Once the synchronization is complete, disconnect your device from your computer.
