Microsoft Word is a type of word processing program and is part of the Microsoft Office Suite. Word 2007 has many options for customizing documents. You can insert photos or Excel tables into a Word document or change the view format of a document. There are several options for how you can view a document. For example, you can view a document in "Full Screen Reading" and view more than one page at a time. There are several ways to change how you view a Word document.

      Open a document in Microsoft Word. Click the "View" tab from the menu at the top of the page. Under "View," you can zoom in or out, enable macros, or change the view format of the document.

      Look for the "Document Views" section in the sub menu that opens. There are five ways you can view a Word 2007 document: Print Layout, Full Screen Reading, Web Layout, Outline, Draft.
