How to Connect a Samsung Bluetooth Headset to a Samsung Propel Phone
The Samsung Propel is a slider-style mobile phone released in 2008. Place the Samsung Bluetooth headset in pairing mode. The different Bluetooth headsets manufactured by Samsung have specific methods for placing the headset in pairing mode. Refer to the instruction manual supplied with your headset for information on how to place your Samsung Bluetooth headset in pairing mode.

Open the Bluetooth menu on your Samsung Propel phone by pressing the soft key under the word "Menu." Choose Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth. A list of options will appear on the screen.

Select "My Devices" and "Search For New Device." The Propel will search for available Bluetooth devices and present the options in a list.

Highlight the name of your Samsung Bluetooth headset from the list and press the "Select" button on your phone. The "Select" button is the circular button located in the middle of the navigation buttons.

Type in the PIN for the headset using the phone keypad. You can find the PIN in the instruction manual for your Bluetooth headset. For many devices, the PIN is "0000."

Press the soft key under the word "Pair" or the "Select" button to connect the Propel to the headset. You can now use the Propel with the Bluetooth headset.
