How to Download the Verizon "Get It Now" App for the Blackberry Storm
The Blackberry Storm is a touchscreen Blackberry smartphone available from Verizon Wireless. The "Get It Now" application is a program that allows Verizon customers to access an exclusive mobile online application store. The online store contains free and paid applications, ringtones, games, and other programs for use on Verizon's cell phones. Some Blackberry devices also have a separate application called "Blackberry AppWorld" which is separate from the "Get It Now" application.

Click on the "Get It Now" link on the main screen of the Blackberry. If you do not see the link, click on the "Main Menu" link or button and scroll through the applications until you see "Get It Now."

Scroll through the terms and conditions of the "Get It Now" application and click "I agree" at the bottom of this page. You will need to do this if this is your first time accessing the application.

Click "Download" to download the application to your phone. Again, this is only something you will need to do the first time you access the "Get It Now" application. Click on "Launch Now" or "Run Program" when it is finished downloading to access the online part of "Get It Now."

Browse through the "Get It Now" store. Ringtones, wallpapers, games, and other applications are available through this store. Click on an item to download it. On the Blackberry, files will be downloaded automatically to their applicable file folder. For example apps will download to the "Applications" folder and ringtones will download into "My Media" or "My Ringtones."

Under the main menu of the Blackberry storm. Press and hold down on the "Get It Now" icon and drag the icon to the top of the list of files and programs. This will place the icon on the home page of the Blackberry for quick access.
While "Get It Now" is free to download and access, some items in the store may cost money. This is charged to you on your monthly phone bill for any items you download that have a fee.
