Check to see if the heel of the shoe is slightly detached from the sole of the shoe. If so, apply a few drops of glue to the sole, and press the sole and the heel together firmly for about 30 seconds. Allow time for the glue to dry completely.

Some squeaking can be caused by pieces of the shoe rubbing against each other, such as a strap rubbing against the main part of the shoe. Fix this by spraying the shoes with a light coat of silicon on the areas rubbing together. You can use silicon spray on all fabrics, including leathers.

Moisture within the shoes or from your foot can also cause noise in your shoes. Lift the inner sole of your shoe and dust the inside of the shoe with baby powder or talcum powder. Dust a light coating of the powder on the top of the insole as well.
