2. Press the "*" key and then enter the percentage number that you need. For example, if you want to know 30 percent of 246, press "246" then "*" then "30" to complete this step.

3. Hit the "%" key. This will give you the percentage you require: "246 * 30 %" will give the total 73.8, which is 30 percent of the example number 246.
