How to Get More Watermarks for Word 2007
Microsoft Word 2007 offers several built-in watermarks that you can insert into a document for added security or branding. If you want to add more watermarks, you can create custom watermarks. You can use text to add information in a watermark, use an image such as your company logo, or change a standard watermark so that it suits your purpose. You can also get more watermarks by downloading them from Office Online.

Open the Word document to which you want to add a watermark.

Go to the "Page Layout" tab and select "Watermark" in the "Page Background" group. Select "Custom Watermark." The "Printed Watermark" dialog box will open.

Select "Text Watermark." Click on one of the predesigned text watermark options.

Type over the text in the "Text" box using the word or phrase you want to insert as a watermark. Change the font or color as desired.

Click "Apply" to add the watermark.
Make a Custom Watermark

Open the Word document to which you want to add a watermark.

Go to the "Insert" tab and insert a picture, clip art, Word Art or other object into the Word document. Format the object as you want it to appear in the watermark.

Select the object with your mouse.

Go to the "Page Layout" tab. Click the "Watermark" drop-down and select "Save Selection to Watermark Gallery."

Type in a name for your custom watermark. Click "OK" to add it to the gallery.

Open a Microsoft Word document.
