How to Extract Wheat Germ Oil
Wheat germ oil is high in healthy fatty acids, vitamin E and Octacosanol. The fatty acids contained in wheat germ include omega 3, omega 6 and Palmitic acid. Wheat germ oil contains more vitamin E than any other naturally occurring source. Octacosanol has been proven effective in enhancing sport and exercise performance. Wheat germ oil is only about 2 percent wheat kernels, so many kernels are needed to make a small amount of wheat germ oil.
