How to Erase Google Search History in Google Toolbar
Installing the Google Toolbar on your computer can save time you time by providing a shortcut to Google's search engine. The Google Toolbar saves the details of each search that you make, so that it can automatically suggest websites when you enter similar search terms. If you want to maintain your privacy and hide your search history from other users of a computer, you can erase the Google Toolbar search history.

Open a Web browser with the Google Toolbar installed in it.

Click the drop-down arrow button on the Google Toolbar's search box.

Click the "Clear History" link in the menu. This erases your saved search history from the Google Toolbar.

Tips & Warnings
You can also erase the search history from your Web browser. Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer and click the "Tools" gears icon in the top navigation menu. Select "Delete Browsing History," then click "Delete History" and "Delete Forms." Select "Close." If you use the Firefox, click "Tools" in the program menu, then select "Clear Private Data." Select the checkboxes next to "Saved Form and Search History" and "Browsing Data." Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
