Fortunately, no matter what model of BlackBerry you use, retrieving those voice mail messages is quite simple.
Things You'll Need
- Voice mail security password
Power on your BlackBerry.
Press the "Send" key when your home page appears.
Press the "Menu" key.
Select and press "Call Voice Mail" in the Menu options.
Enter your voice mail password if you have one set. This will play all of the messages that are in your inbox, starting with the most recent and then working back through the older messages if they have not been deleted.
Tips & Warnings
- To prevent having to wade through numerous voice mail messages, delete any that you do not wish to keep as soon as you listen to them.
- To prevent anyone else from accessing your voice mail, change your password often.
