How to Make a Kiwi Banana Smoothie


If you are a fruit lover, then a kiwi banana smoothie is sure to satisfy you. A kiwi banana smoothie has more than just the obvious fruits, kiwi and banana, but it is also filled with the smooth taste of yogurt, berries, and a dash of honey for sweetness. This smoothie would be great for a fruitful snack, and is ideal for gatherings and parties.

Things You'll Need

  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries (or blackberries)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 straws
  • 2 smoothie cups
  • Blender
  • Fruit peeler
  • Knife
  • Peel the kiwis with a fruit peeler and chop them into small pieces. Peel the bananas and chop them into small pieces.

  • Add the kiwi, bananas, and blueberries to the blender and turn blender on for about a minute.

  • Add the yogurt, honey and ice to the blender and turn it on for an additional minute.

  • Pour the contents of the blender into smoothie cups. Add a straw to each cup and serve.
