How to Customize a Disney eCard With Music
Customizing your Disney eCard with music makes the card unique and more personalized for the eCard recipients. The cards are available through two new Disney "channels," which can be found on the eCard and Create & Print tabs on AmericanGreetings.com and BlueMountain.com, according to a Disney Online Newsroom Press Release. The Disney eCards are called "D-Cards." These D-Cards are customizable and feature the vast array of Disney characters and themes to help you celebrate many occasions and holidays.

Select the eCard tab on the American Greetings or Blue Mountain Web site. Or for a free holiday greeting that offers the option of choosing one of three Christmas songs to customize your holiday Disney eCard, go to the Personalized Disney Holiday E-Greeting in the Resources.

Choose your Disney eCard by selecting either the theme, holiday or character you would like to use.

Type in the recipient's e-mail address, your e-mail address, the name you want displayed as the sender and a personalized message in your Disney eCard.

Upload a photo and/or music to customize your Disney D-Card into a one-of-a-kind message. You can upload music that you composed yourself and saved in a compatible file, or songs that you sang on a webcam saved as an audio file, or you can choose one of several thousands music or song files that American Greetings or Blue Mountain makes available specifically for the e-Cards.

Preview your card to make sure that the personalized message does not have any typos and that the music and photos that you chose to add create the desired effect for the Disney eCard. Make any adjustments if necessary.

Send your Disney eCard immediately or schedule the send date. Save your eCard if you desire. Select the option to receive notification that your recipient has received the Disney eCard if you want this feature.

Tips & Warnings
Using the Save Card feature will keep an online record of the cards you created and to whom you sent them so you don't accidentally resend the same card in a different year to the same recipient. It also allows you to open up a fully customized Disney eCard with music and photos, and change the recipient and resend the card to someone else conveniently and faster than creating a whole new D-Card.
