How to Write a CV Bio
A CV-or Curriculum Vitae-is similar to a resume in the U.S. These documents are used to highlight your education, experience and career to help get a job. Most countries outside of the U.S. use the CV format. Professions in education, law and medicine may use the CV format in the U.S. Include a short bio--sometimes called a personal profile--which showcases your features and your benefits to a potential employer. These profiles should be 5-8 sentences following your contact information.
