How to Pay PayPal With a Checking Account
PayPal is a website that acts as a third party in online transactions. Instead of giving your checking account information directly to an unknown recipient to pay for goods or services, you can pay with a PayPal account. The receiver will receive your payment without seeing any of your personal account information. To put funds into your PayPal account, you must use a checking account.

Confirm the bank account by monitoring your checking account for two deposits from PayPal. These deposits are typically very small and may be as little as a few cents. Enter the deposit amounts in PayPal using the "Confirm Bank Account" button on the main account page. If the deposit amounts entered match what PayPal deposited into your account, your checking account will be confirmed and ready for use to pay for PayPal purchases.
