How to Burn a Video Clip to Play in My DVD Player
Recording video is a popular pastime for many people. You don't even need a camcorder anymore to make short films, since most digital cameras and even some cell phones will record video. However, it's not much fun showing the clips on a tiny screen. it would be easier to burn the video onto DVD and view it on a larger screen.
Things You'll Need
- Blank DVD-R or DVD-RW
- DVD-burning software
- Computer with DVD-recordable drive

Load the video clip onto your computer.

Open up your media program, such as Windows Media Player.

Click the "Open File" button and find the video file. Select "Open".

Select for the option on your program that will copy files to CDs or DVDs. It might say something like "Copy File" or "Burn CD".

Click the file that you want to copy.

Load a blank DVD into the drive.

Select the button to start the burning process. An indicator will show you when the process is complete.

Take out the DVD when it is through and place it in a DVD player to make sure there were no glitches.
