How to Get DSL to Work With WinMX

WinMX was originally an OpenNap clone, able to connect to Napster-like networks to download files with. However, early in the first decade of the 2000s, Napster was shut down, but WinMX created its own network for people to share files with in response. WinMX is designed to be used with several different connection types, and the number of downloads you can have at a time depends on the connection you have. If you are setting up WinMX and have a DSL connection, you need to properly set up the program to work with it before you can use it effectively.
