How to do a Skin Massage With Apple Cider Vinegar

The skin is responsible for filtering out toxins in the body and has been referred to as "the third kidney." Eating a lot of processed foods, for example, makes it difficult for the kidneys to filter out everything; that could result in boils, cysts and acne. Eating more whole foods and a raw, organic apple cider vinegar skin massage will keep your skin clear and smooth. Raw apple cider vinegar offers many internal and external health benefits. It works as a skin slougher and removes toxins from pores. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

    • 1

Fill the pot almost halfway with water and heat until lukewarm. When warm, pour it into a small basin and add 1/2 cup of raw apple cider vinegar.

    • 2

Stand naked in your shower or tub with the basin and dip both hands in the mixture. Massage mixture into skin. Massage firmly over your body but gently over your face.

    • 3

Use up all of the mixture and do not rinse it off. Do this two times a week. It is likely you will rub off a lot of dead skin the first time you try this massage.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure you are using raw, unprocessed apple cider vinegar that contains powerful enzymes called "the mother." Apple cider vinegar without the mother has been stripped of its nutrients and has few health benefits.
