You could use card stock, a ruler and markers, but with all the customization and printable templates available on the Internet, there's no reason to go through all that work. You can always personalize your cards more after they're printed out. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Create a template at a free site such as bingocardtemplate.com A standard card has "BINGO" written across the top, with 5 squares underneath each letter, for a total of 25 squares.
-
2
Choose an alternative to the word "BINGO" for added customization. Pick one that matches the Red Hat Society, such as "GORED."
-
-
3
For standard games, put numbers in the squares underneath the letters. The square directly in the middle of the card is always a "Free Space," so you need to fill a total of 24 squares.
-
4
Create symbols instead of numbers for a more vibrant look. You can use red hats, red hats with purple feathers, purple hats, purple hats with red feathers or any other twist on the color variation.
-
5
Use a few different symbols on the cards, trying not to set the same two next to each other, as this can cause confusion when calling out the letters. It also brightens the customized cards if there is color contrast throughout.
-
6
Personalize the cards even more after printing them out on card stock. Add glitter or glue on colorful small craft feathers to make your cards even bolder.
