How to Donate Your Frequent Flyer Miles With American Airlines

Many airlines have partnered with charities to make it possible for customers to donate their unused frequent flyer miles. The charities that receive these miles use them to secure air travel for people and families in need. American Airlines has partnered with Operation Hero Miles, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, UNICEF and United Service Organizations (the USO). Unused frequent flyer miles held by American Airlines can be donated to any of these partnered charities.
