Bring a retail or industry-related degree.to be a most desirable candidate. Or comparable work experience. Be proficient in basic computer use and Microsoft Office tools to manage your time and reports. Do your research. Talk to store buyers and read the monthly fashion magazines religiously to keep up with trends and stylish new labels.
