      Give the hula hoop a good throw in either direction, making sure its level as you do so, twirling it to the back and forward again. Keep the momentum going by moving your legs forward and back with your knees together. As the hoop twirls to the back, bring it forward again by moving your knees forward. Move your knees to the back to send the hoop behind you. Hold your arms up so you don't lose your balance.
