Turn the monitor screen off.

Dust over the screen with a microfiber cloth. These clothes are available at any electronics store and remove dust effectively without harming the screen.

Spray screen cleaner onto the cloth until damp. Screen cleaner is designed specifically for use on computer and television screens.

Wipe the damp cloth over the screen in long, even strokes. This will clean evenly and prevent the solution from drying in streaks.

Wipe the screen once more with a dry microfiber cloth, and the monitor is ready to be used again.
