- 4 tsp. spring water

Combine the four teaspoons of baking soda and the four teaspoons of spring water together in a small mixing bowl. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or glass stirrer for about 30 seconds or until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.

Add the two teaspoons of ground cinnamon and stir to combine. Cover the small mixing bowl with plastic wrap and put the bowl in the refrigerator for one hour to infuse.
