How to Make a Bath for Athlete's Foot
Athlete's foot is a painful foot infection caused by the fungi dermatophytes. It attacks the outer layers of dead skin and flourishes in warm, moist environments. Symptoms include itching, redness, and cracking and peeling of the skin. The essential oils lavender and tea tree oil are beneficial to those suffering from athlete's foot as they are both anti-fungal. Sandlewood essential oil is also helpful as it soothes and softens while fighting any bacteria trying to enter the body via cracked skin. Try the following essential oil foot bath and soothe tired, itching feet.
