      First, you must set up a USDA eAuthentication account. This can be done by visiting www.fns.usda.gov/FSP/retailers/register.htm. Click on the "register" button and complete all required information. An email will be sent to the email address you provide with information on how to activate your new account.

      Return to the application site, www.fns.usda.gov/FSP/retailers/register.htm and click "sign in" to began the application process. To complete the application make sure you have the owner's name, social security number, home address of the owner, and estimated sales for the store.

      During the application process you will be given your servicing FNS office where you will need to submit all required documentation to complete the application process. The application process could take up to 45 days.
