How to Make a Photo Easel for Pre-K Students

Preschool children are proud of photographs they have taken or that someone else has taken of them. But they can be so productive and photogenic that their prints start to pile up. Instructions

    • 1

Make a long leg for the easel by gluing two craft sticks together at the ends. Let them overlap a little. Do the same thing with two more sticks so that you have another long leg.

    • 2

Let the glue dry. Then, glue the legs together so that they make an angle that's about three inches wide on the end that is open.

    • 3

Make a little shelf to hold a photo. Stack three craft sticks on top of each other and glue them together. Adhere the shelf to the V-shaped legs about one and a half inches from the bottom of the legs.

    • 4

Trim a one-inch-by-two-inch section from the cardboard. Make two small cuts about one half inch apart at the bottom of the cardboard piece. Glue a craft stick to the flap that is created by the cuts. Allow glue to dry.

    • 5

Attach the cardboard to the middle of the back of the V-shaped legs. Cut away the extra cardboard.
