How to Make Sony CD Players Play CD-Rs
Audio files can be transferred, or "burned", onto a blank CD-R and then listened to by using a standard Sony CD player. You may notice that your CD player will not recognize the files on the CD-R or will not play the files. The reason for this is probably the fact that you burned a "Data CD". When this occurs, the audio files remain in their format instead of being converted into a format that will play on a Sony CD player.
