How to Recover Deleted Creative Zen Files
If you've downloaded Creative Zen files and accidentally delete or forget to save them, fear not. Luckily, there is a way to recover any type of deleted file; deleted items are never truly deleted, you just have to know where to find them.

Click on the "Start" button at the lower left hand corner of the screen.

Scroll to "All Programs" at the bottom of the start menu and click on it.

Click on the "Accessories" folder within the programs.

Scroll down to "Disk Cleanup" and click on it.

Click on "My Files" if the option is given (older computers will take you directly to the "Disk Cleanup" screen).

Click on the "(C:)" file from the drop down box (again, older computers will take you directly to the main screen).

Click on "Downloaded Program Files" and "Temporary Internet Files" to add a check in their boxes. Click "View Files".

Click on each folder that appears. The folders will contain file names (deleted or not). Once you find your files, double click to "restore" them. When finished, click "OK".

Tips & Warnings
Use the "Disk Cleanup" utility to gain storage space on your computer. The computer saves files and viewed Internet pages that take up space; using "Disk Cleanup", you can delete old files and web pages along with restoring files you still need.
