What may come as some surprise, however, is that, according to some researchers, we can actually map out which days will be good and which will be bad. You can do this using biorhythms, which some people assert indicate a steady, predictable flow of our physical, emotional and intellectual energies. The Dreamtime Numerology and Astrology Center in South Bend, Ind., cites German doctor Wilhelm Fliess as the first to try to predict these rhythms; today it can be done using your birthday and a biorhythm calculator.

1. Access a biorhythm calculator, such as the one on the Dreamtime Numerology and Astrology Center's website.

2. Type in your birth year, month and day into the appropriate areas of the biorhythm calculator and submit the information.

3. Study the chart to determine your biorhythm for your physical, emotional and intellectual abilities. The chart will show the curves of your rhythms, and which days they will hit their peaks and their low points.
