Mr.Muigai, your state is not the only one that does not check on what the clients actually do. I have seen parents declare that a child has a problem, and they receive monatary funds. Some receive a large amount of Food stamps, and yet the children seem like they have not eaten in days, what do they do with the food stamps? And yet, a single parent can not get any help. Waste? Most definete. There is no check or balances. If they sent people to check on the style of living of those that ask for food stamps, they might save this country a large amount. But I keep forgetting that we can't hire people cause the goverment is cuttng down. B ut you know, if all the congressmen, senators and such. would cut their salaries to live like the rest of us, We might have a balance bugyet. Sorry, did not mean to make ths so long.

Please note this there is a guy with a food stamp, his is also receiving six hundred dollars every month, yet this guy does do mechanical job and get paid under the table.That is your homework to find out who he is.
