1
Go to Moen's website, www.moen.com, to look at the pictures of Moen's models, and look for a match to your faucet.
-
2
Click on the tabs at the top of Moen's home page--either "Bathroom," "Kitchen & Bar," or "Outdoor & More," depending on the type of faucet you are trying to identify, and scroll through the photos of the different Moen styles, looking for a match. Note, this method of identification will work only if the faucet you are trying to identify is a style that Moen currently offers.

Click the "Parts & Filters" tab at the top of the home page, if you cannot find a photo match using the other tabs, and select the "Find Replacement Parts" option. The website will now ask you a series of questions designed to help identify the faucet model. Compare the faucet Moen matches to your finished series of answers to make sure it is the same model you are trying to identify.

Turn off the hot and cold water valves to your Moen faucet. Remove the faucet altogether and take it with you to a plumbing supply store and ask the clerk to identify the faucet model, or use the store's Moen catalog and look for a match.

Call Moen, using the toll-free telephone number listed on its website, and ask a Moen product consultant for assistance in identifying your faucet. This method is especially effective if it is an older Moen faucet.
