How to Make Facial Toner With Apple Cider Vinegar
The key to beautiful, blemish-free skin is in your kitchen cabinet! Store-bought facial toners can contain chemicals and preservatives, but a homemade apple cider vinegar (ACV) toner is a natural and cheap solution to your beauty woes. Unfiltered ACV, found in health food stores, is packed with vitamins and minerals and contains alpha-hydroxy acid, an ingredient often found in anti-aging products. It also balances the skin's pH, regulates oil, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
