How to Synchronize Outlook to BB Bold

Go to your desktop computer and launch your BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Connect your BlackBerry Bold to your computer using the provided USB cord.

Select "Synchronize" from the list of icons that appear when the BlackBerry Desktop Software opens.

Click to place a check mark in the box labeled "Synchronize organizer data," and then click on the "Configuration" tab.

Select the button that is labeled "Configure synch..." Once the next window opens, click to select all the data you want synchronized.
