Instructions

    • 1

Take apart your pool cue by twisting the two halves away from one another, if your cue comes apart.

    • 2

Use a shaft slicker to thoroughly wipe down both halves of the pool cue. A shaft slicker is a specially designed cloth made to clean pool cues without damaging the finish. Do not run the shaft slicker over the tip of the pool cue.

    • 3

Use a utility knife to trim any rough edges off of the tip of your pool cue. Retain its curved shape.

    • 4

Clean the tip of the pool cue with a soft cloth and a small amount of warm water.

    • 5

Re-chalk your pool cue tip and replace the pool cue in its case.
