How to Attach More That One Picture From a CD in an Email

Email allows you to communicate using electronic mail. With email, you can send pictures to family and friends all over the world. Sending pictures as attachments allows keep their original resolution without sacrificing image quality. From your picture CD, you can attach multiple pictures and send at once.

Instructions

      Insert your Picture CD into the CD/DVD-ROM drive on your computer.

      Logon to your email account using your name and password and click "New" or "New Message" to start a new email, depending on your email provider.

      Type your recipients email address and include a subject. Type your message.

      Click "Attach Files," or "Attach," or "Attach a File" to launch the file attachment window, depending on your email provider.

      Click "Browse" and select the CD/DVD-ROM drive containing your picture CD in the "Look in" window.

      Click the picture you want to attach to your email and click "Open."

      Click "Send" when you are done attaching picture files.

Tips & Warnings

  • To add multiple photos, repeat Steps 4 to 6.

  • Gmail and Yahoo! mail allow a maximum of 25MB for attached files. Hotmail allows a maximum of 10MB for attached files.
