How to Hook Up My Computer to a Sony Wega
Sony's Wega televisions are part of the premiere Sony lineup of high-definition technology. They can display any visual signal they receive with crystal clarity. Because of this, they are perfect for not just viewing TV programs but also playing video games and even serving as massive computer monitors. The Wega, along with most other high-definition TVs, comes with a port that accepts VGA signals, which are the primary visual signals that computers use. Therefore, connecting a PC to a Wega is neither costly nor difficult.

Tips & Warnings
Some older models of the Wega might not have a VGA port. In this case, you will need to buy a VGA-to-A/V cable and follow the steps above, this time putting the A/V cables into the wega's A/V port.
With this setup, the audio signal coming from your PC will still play on your speakers; it will not be able to play on the Wega speakers.
