Creating an e-card online is a fast and simple way to send personalized greetings on the internet. Ecards often use Flash animation and music, and many websites allow you to customize the ecard with your own greetings.

Find an e-card website that you like. One such site is free-e-cards-online.com.

Select one of the categories of ecards from the menu on the left.

Click "View Collection" to choose one of the preset designs for that category. Find the card you want then click to select it.

Select the text and background colors for your Ecard. You also have the option of adding music, poetry, and a heading.

Add a personalized message in the box. You can format your text with HTML tags.

Enter your name and email and the recipient's name and email address. You can send the ecard to up to ten people.

Click "Preview E-Card" at the bottom of the page. You can pick a date when the card will be sent, or click "Send this E-Card" to send it now. You will receive an email when your ecard has been viewed.
