Instructions

      Place the food you want to preserve in your Mason jar. You can find Mason jars in any grocery store.

      Use your Sharpie pen to write the canning date on the lid. You can buy Sharpie pens or other permanent markers at an office supply or sundries store.

      Place your lid on your Mason jar.

      Place the band at the top of the jar and around the lid. Screw the band on tightly to seal.
